There was a line of four colleagues—including a physician—awaiting attention from one of the Float Pool nurses. Camille swiftly intervened. She redirected some of these individuals, efficiently distributing the workload and ensuring that everyone received the necessary assistance without delay. Her vigilance guaranteed that no critical needs were overlooked, significantly smoothing the operational flow.

Camille's ability to remain responsive under pressure is truly exceptional. She displays quick thinking and adaptability. Recognizing the urgency when the other nurse was approached by multiple colleagues needing immediate help, Camille took initiative. She not only guided some colleagues towards herself to lighten the nurse’s load but also made multiple calls to the pharmacy to resolve an ongoing issue. Camille’s responsiveness ensured that operations continued smoothly, even during peak demands.
