From the first minute Candace came up to us in the waiting area, my wife and I felt as if the three of us were of the same family. We were brought to the recovery room and made to feel at home and in comfort. Candace very precisely verified who we were, and why we were at Sanford, in our own words. We had a few questions of our own as she explained every detail we would go through so well. The questions we did have were dealt with completely and respectfully. I noticed every effort was made to adjust my bed at the most comfortable angle and the temperature controls for the blankets were set to my exact liking. I even caught a nap there it was so cozy! I was also impressed with how quickly, easily, and painlessly she put my IV in and adjusted the flow from the water bag. From time to time, she returned to the room to check on me and everything else. My wife was with me and received lots of attention from Candance to also make her wait time comfortable. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care!
