During my husband's last days, when we were on the 5thfloor with Candace, she was always concerned for his comfort and welfare but also the family. She was with us through the whole process of moving to the 8thfloor.She was very kind, comforting and caring.Always there if we had a question or concern.She is a great caring lady.We were only on her floor for two days but she made us feel like she was part of our family.

I think Candace is one of the most kind and caring persons I have ever met.When were on the 5thfloor October 20-21stand we were told that all had been done for my brother that could be done and we moved him to the 8thHospice floor. I was alone because his wife was home getting his room ready, we thought we were going home with hospice.But his lung doctor informed me he wouldn't survive the trip home (this is how we ended up on the 8thfloor). Candace was by my side comforting me.She did not neglect her other patients or duties but every spare moment that she had she was with me. She deserves this award.

When were on the 5thfloor with Candace and were told that everything had been done for my Dad that could be done and we transferred to the 8thfloor, she was with us during the whole process.She was wonderful, kind and understanding.
