Candi Hager, RN, BSN

I would like to nominate Candi Hager for the DAISY Award. Her amazing care, devotion, and kindness made my mother's final days more bearable. It was not just Mom she helped through such a traumatic and difficult time, but the entire family. She provided sympathy, empathy, love, support, and excellent care. She answered all questions with patience and reassurance to any family member present and knew which ones needed a touch on the back or a "nig" hug. All the work she did getting meds, equipment, supplies, visits, phone calls, etc., is truly a fit, and we are grateful. She is beyond professional and provides excellent care. Because of her caring, my mom's end-of-life journey was with comfort and peace. I truly hope she receives this award as she goes above and beyond. "In the hardest moments, she provided a light among the dark."
