I would like to take the time to thank Candi Winger RN as she provided outstanding care for my mother. My mother was admitted for routine outpatient surgery (gallbladder), however, she takes blood thinners which delayed the procedure. Mom was in 10 plus pain on a 1-10 pain scale. Candi was very attentive, which goes a long way when the patient is in pain and having anxiety about having surgery. It is my precious mother and customer service is most important when she cries out in pain. I work for a hospital and I am aware of what is important for patient care. She handled my mother as if she was related to her. It warmed my heart. The world is different from when I grew up and what used to be the norm is now a blessing. My mother and I would like to thank Candi for the excellent bedside manner. Candi was very respectful, patient, and took the time to explain everything and always kept her word.
