Candice Bakoz, RN

Candice is an excellent nurse and an even better charge nurse. On days there are difficult staffing needs, Candice always rises to the occasion. She has the ability to bring positivity to the team! Candice is willing to work with all departments and leadership to help identify creative solutions. She role models all of Banner's Values. Candice makes 4N a better place to work and a great place to receive care. On one shift, in particular, the unit was short on PCAs. Candice on top of being charge was able to make all staff feel supported. She does not let circumstances interfere with her positivity and great caring nature
