When Candice took over for our previous Manager, she definitely had some large shoes to fill. Candice came in with a smile, enthusiastic and willing to take on any challenge proposed to her. I have had the pleasure of attending rounds as well as taking care of patients on 3Main and every time I walk off the floor I feel confident that the patients on that unit are taken care of like it was one of their family members. Candice is a competent leader who faces problems with confidence and assurance. She projects self-confidence, authority, and enthusiasm. Candice effectively communicates during high-stress situations. Candice’s professional and personal strengths are many and lived aloud daily as she cares for her patients and staff. She promotes high standards for honesty, integrity, and fairness. Candice is passionate about nursing and is persistent to achieve quality outcomes. She is a competent communicator and effectively manages the ever-changing challenges in health care with ease.
