My mother was admitted to the hospital on Valentine's Day and had many complications. We found her nurse, Cannon, in the ICU; he was quite exceptional and very professional. He was able to take a quick assessment of our mother's arms and went into quick action to deter the adverse reaction that was taking place after the Heparin IV was administered. He has really been friendly and has relieved our anxiety over the recovery of our mother.
