Cara Newborn, BSN, RN, SCRN

Cara has been in her role for a short period of time but has done an outstanding job. Her Team loves her and always has something nice to say about her “bubbly personality.” She has managed to motivate her team and has revitalized the UBC and sub-committees. She has taken head on her staffing challenges with out-of-the-box strategies, making her staff feel supported and demonstrating “One Team.” Cara is a great example of a DAISY Nurse Leader.
