The interdisciplinary team that provides cardiac and pulmonary rehab is passionate about their work, and their patients feel it. Having a team of experts to assist patients as they adjust their lifestyles toward healthier choices is vital to the success of those participating. This team consistently receives “kudos” from current and past patients. Recently, a patient from 2024 sent a card of appreciation to remind them how much they had meant to him. He called them out by name and mentioned their passion for their role and the expertise they bring to those they serve. We are honored to recognize CardioPulmonary Rehab as the Team DAISY at Shelbyville Hospital in 2026.
