When I first started the chemo program Carey took care of me. She was very compassionate, kind, and took the time to explain the process to me. Carey has taken care of me several other times, and she is always kind and caring. Even when she's not assigned to me in the labs, she'll ask me how I'm doing and if I need anything. Carey always asks how I feel between treatments and listens to me. I enjoy visiting with Carey, and it has made my chemo easier to go through. Also, I notice that other nurses ask Carey's opinion, and she will check on other patients if the other nurses are busy. Carey makes sure her patients and all of the chemo patients are taken care of, and addresses symptoms with them if they don't feel well.
