Carey took care of our daughter before and after her dental surgery. Our daughter is not the most even-tempered two-year-old, and Carey did everything she could to help keep her comfortable and entertained. When we checked in and throughout our time in CARES, Carey listened very intently to our history and concerns - she was never looking at the computer or her phone, but rather she gave us her full attention and made us feel very well cared for. She helped explain everything that would be happening and made sure we had all of our questions answered before we went home. She even helped entertain and keep our daughter safe while I was packing up our things when she was ready to discharge. Carey was so calm and attentive throughout everything (even some very loud screaming from our daughter) and she made the whole experience so much less stressful for us. Carey is a great nurse and we were so fortunate to have her caring for our child!
