However, today I would like to let you know that one of your nurses, Fina Soria has exceeded our expectations when it comes to hospital care. It is the second time my son has been admitted here and I must say, she consistently makes us feel comfortable.

And that is where Nurse Fina stands out among others. She would always reassure us and advise us of anything (might be a side effect of medicine being given to our son) we needed to know. She always greets us with a smile and even after all the long days of work, you would never be able to tell. She went above and beyond our expectations.
