I would like to express heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding care, kindness, and support Carin provided to me during my 3-day hospital stay after surgery. Her compassion and empathy made a world of difference to my recovery after my first-ever hospital stay. She explained her role, provided guidance, and explained what to expect. This relieved angst and provided reassurance that I was in good hands with the doctors and staff. She approached each visit with a smile, a sense of humor, and comforting words of encouragement. It was evident she was passionate about her work as a nurse and enjoyed her job. Thank you to Carin for helping me get through this experience.
