We have been getting treatment for about 3 years here at Mercy. Carin always remembers who we are. She treats everyone in the unit with cheerful kindness and graciousness. Her co-workers always come to Carin for guidance and she is meticulous in asking for clarification without ever making generalizations or assumptions about patient health and well-being. It is an honor to know Carin and we are blessed to have her as our caregiver! She exhibits the highest level of professionalism and above all, she is ALWAYS kind! Thank you, Carin!
