Carina Garth 2, RN

Carina was one of the nurses assigned to me after giving birth. She was my first nurse on the recovery floor. A day after giving birth, I started bleeding really badly. When she saw this, she went into action. She calmed me so I wouldn’t be too scared of what was happening to me. She got everyone involved. This was truly a horrific experience, but with her level of care, I was a little at ease even though I was scared of what was happening to me. She also explained breastfeeding to me and took the time to explain how to pump and what to expect. I can say I was truly blessed to have her on my care team, and she should be recognized for a job well done.
