The Veteran stated the following, "Ms. Harris took time to listen to my concerns about the attempted procedure and took them seriously. She showed compassion and empathy for me." The Veteran commended Carisha for her excellent customer service, passion, and her "superior" knowledge of nursing practices. He concluded the letter by stating, "I thank Ms. Harris for the care she provided me during my hospital stay."
