Carissa Costello, RN

Carissa began her journey at Kaiser in April 2022. Since starting with us, has received 4 on the spot recognitions from her patients on top of numerous RN leadership recognitions. Carissa is an example of the high standards that we here at KP model patient care services after. She is an amazing role model of caring and compassion as well as creates an environment of trust and respect with both her patients and peers. Carissa is accessible and responsive to the needs of others all while encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving. She displays over values and criteria to qualify for this award, such as professionalism, patient/family-centered, compassion, teamwork, excellence, and integrity.
