For the 2 days I spent in the SICU Carl's positive attitude, attention to detail & capability to answer all my questions helped me control my anxiety regarding the very serious health condition I was experiencing. His interaction with others who were part of my care truly reflected a genuine regard for people. It was wonderful to get to know a little about him as a person in addition to the display of expertise. He has set the bar for others to reach.
