Carl was our nurse during my grandma's stay in the ICU. He always greeted us with a smile and was easily reachable in times of need. He went out of his way to make my grandma comfortable. He has such a caring attitude toward his patients and their families. We always felt comfortable in his very capable hands. Her comfort and safety was important to him. He demonstrated this by always being there to turn her. His nursing skills impressed my father who has been a nurse for 32 years. He recognizes nursing excellence when he sees it!
