When my father-in-law was in the ICU, Carl was an incredible nurse. He was in his room frequently checking on him, making sure he was comfortable. He knew his wife and children by name. He connected with my father-in-law when he was awakened after being sedated. They were both Cardinals fans! Thank you, Carl, for your incredible service.

Since starting in MICU, Carl has been nothing less than impressive. He takes care of the sickest of patients without hesitation. His critical thinking skills are top notch. I would absolutely trust Carl to take care of any of my loved ones. I could name numerous examples where I 100% believe he was responsible for saving a life.
Carl takes any assignment he is given without complaint and makes the best out of the situation. He is truly an asset to the MICU and we are very lucky to have him.
