Carl has infectious energy of positivity and hopefulness. He was very professional and we were treated like family. It was very evident that he is a people person and loves people. He explained everything and was always eager to assist in anything needed. His hands-on bedside manner not only aided in my healing process but also calmed my anxious thoughts. Carl is a nurse in the true sense of the word. When I think about the service Carl provided, genuine sacrifice comes to mind.
