Carl Schroeder, MSN, RN, CNML, PCCN

Since Carl Schroeder became our Interim Nurse Manager, the morale of the unit has greatly increased. Carl brings sincere compassion to his job and always makes time to talk with both staff and patients. He is seen by those around him as actively contributing to the improvement of the unit. Because of this wonderful behavior, he has earned the respect of the staff, which has led to easier communication and stronger teamwork.

He consistently maintains a calm demeanor and greets everyone with a warm smile. Carl is an excellent role model and leader who continually promotes and encourages his staff toward greatness.
