Within 10 minutes of arriving on the ward and introducing herself to me, she turned my crummy, crabby, and miserable attitude to one of comfort. She straightened out my bed, my meds, my sheet, and helped me clean up, sit up, and order food. At the same time she made the generous effort to explain to me procedures and protocols. After talking to her, I understand so very clearly everything to do with my care - particularly how to obtain everything I may need. She is amazing, brilliant and truly and angel of mercy.

Not only does she find new and better care ideas, she is able to communicate them.

Her consistent focus on the best interest of the patient and their families is very impressive. She is a very good listener. She definitely exceeded my expectation and I am sure all her patients' expectations!
