Carla K Keith, BSN, RN

Carla works as a full-time front-line ICU nurse; however, she volunteered with her chapter and coordinated COVID vaccination clinics and health fairs throughout the community. She also enjoys providing assistance to the homeless population. She assisted with providing over 6,000 vaccinations to community members. She spends a lot of time trying to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families. She is known for her ability to effectively communicate well with patients and their family members creating an environment conducive to building trusted and caring relationships. Carla is a member of the Birmingham Black Nurses Association.
