From the moment Carla Manchulenko came into the room to get me ready for surgery, she was very professional. She introduced herself and any others that came into the room. She explained why they were there. Her mannerism and the way she talked to put me at ease. I would ask questions and she would answer me in a professional way that would calm me. I asked for some literature on pacemakers and she said that she would make sure I would get it. The next day after surgery she came to my room to make sure I got it. That was impressive. Because of Carla, I went into surgery with no fear!
