Nurse Carla was efficient and effective. She recognized the procedure that the patient was there for and immediately started the process. The patient was comfortable and nurse Carla made sure everything was ready and prepared. The treatment was completed in a very short time due to Nurse Carla's efficient work. She was extremely personable and responsive to the patient's needs. Nurse Carla made our visit to COH one of the best experiences we have had over the past year and a half.
