The nurse was very kind to my Dad. She answered all of his questions and talked to him in Spanish so that he was comfortable. She did her job with a smile, and even when surgery was delayed by 4 hours, she was very helpful and tried to make me feel comfortable by offering me food and water. It's the little things that matter, and you can just tell she loves what she does by the way she treats her patients. Loyola, you have a great team member. Definitely an asset to this hospital.
