First I would like to say thank you, Carla Schleisman. Carla, you are an outstanding nurse who was very kind to my mother and me. You have the most magnificent bedside nursing skills and bedside manners.
Carla explained everything she did for my mom and was very kind to her. She explained every medication given to her and made sure it went down. She took the time to butter her toast, set up her tray, and encouraged her to always eat and drink.
Your love for the job and people comes very well noticed. My family wrote out scriptures and placed them on the wall. Carla took the time and read each one while she was taking care of mom out loud, and there were at least 12 of them on the wall. Thank you, Carla, to reinsure me that people like you still care, love, and have respect for human life. Not only did I get to see all this, but my mom has also said it. I knew I could rest at night knowing God, Jesus, The Holy Ghost, and God's child Carla Schleisman has my mom's back.
