My husband has severe anxiety when it comes to anything medical. He has panic attacks, and his blood pressure spikes when he gets his blood pressure taken. Carla was absolutely incredible and set a new bar for the care of my husband. She immediately noticed he was nervous, and kept him so cool and calm by chatting with him about all sorts of things. She put him at ease and told him she wouldn't take his blood pressure until after his appointment. She talked him through the stress he had been experiencing, and by the time his doctor saw him, he was laughing along with her. He couldn't stop talking about how it was the best doctor's office experience he's ever had! She even took his blood pressure twice at the end, using some tips and tricks and talking him through it so he was calm. It's the best blood pressure reading he's ever had! I can't express how thankful I am for Carla. She made my husband's experience so positive, and he was elated the rest of the day! He went from being so nervous and anxious to laughing and happy by the time he left his appointment. He asked if he could always have her for his visits because he thought she was just amazing. I'm so thankful for Carla!
