Carlee was truly the light at the end of the tunnel during my stay. After being in the procedure for a long duration, I was completely run down and exhausted. From the moment her shift began, she never gave up on me. Carlee stayed by my side, making sure I was comfortable and so well cared for, and her presence made an incredible difference in our experience.
