Carley M Cline, RN

Over the weekend, I had the worst 2 shifts I've ever had in the 3 years I have worked here. My module was extremely heavy. Carley was the charge RN. I was all over the place and had a patient who was going downhill very fast. She kept me sane and was by my side all day helping me with my workload and ensuring it was going to be okay. I needed to be by this patient's side so Carley passed other meds for me. I truly do not know what I would have done if she was not charge that weekend. The next day wasn't much better, but of course, there she was! I cannot thank her enough and of course, she says "I was doing my job", but she went above and beyond for me that weekend. She needs to know that and be shown appreciation for that!
