Carley received two nominations that are summarized as follows:
Carley is a nurse who is always willing to help her fellow nurses at every opportunity. She insures that patients in our OB unit receive the best of care. Even if she is busy, she is the first to lend a hand to her coworkers. On her time off, she will drop everything to come in and help if we get too busy, and makes sure the patient’s care is not rushed. Carley is passionate about her care and spends a lot of time at the bedside educating and supporting the new moms. When her patients use the call bell, she is halfway down the hall before we can even answer the call. Her patients recognize her as professional and enjoy her cheerful demeanor and she frequently gets notes from her patients thanking her for her care. Her coworkers know they can trust her judgment and rely on her skills. She is an amazing nurse!
