Carli proactively identifies learning needs, gets input from staff on what needs more attention with education, and always ensures that evidence-based practice is at the center of everything we do.

She’s stayed late, even done part of night shift to make sure she knows everyone on our unit. She makes sure she spends time with each staff member, nominates someone each month, makes education fun with games and rewards… the list goes on. She is truly such a great educator and I couldn’t ask for anyone better.
