Each shift Carli works, she comes in with a smile on her face and a “can-do”, “I am here to help” attitude. She gives 100% to her patients and residents of Benefis Teton Medical Center. She does all she can to make things easier for her fellow nurses and to keep everything running smoothly. She seeks out assistance and feedback with the Shared Governance and in the building of a module for nurses’ schedules.

Carli is kind and caring to all and truly exemplifies what a nurse should be. She was BORN to be a nurse, and it shows in the day-to-day care of her patients, whether it be in the Emergency Room or on the floor. Carli has stayed late on countless occasions to help the next shift get their feet underneath them, and she has never been one to leave her fellow nurses short and in a crisis.

Additionally, Carli serves her community by volunteering with our local ambulance. She loves to teach but is also open to learning new ways to care for others. She is truly an amazing nurse and deserves a shout-out! Thank you, Carli, for all you do! You are appreciated!
