Carlie gave outstanding care. She took the time to engage in conversation with myself and my wife, and not just about providing meds and care but on another level. She truly puts her heart into her work and shows kindness while providing a service of family love that’s just amazing.

One day, my wife came to visit me, and Carlie was so sweet before her shift ended, she came over with her boyfriend, a resident who works here as well, and we chatted for a short while. It was just so encouraging and a great joy to share with each other. For a moment we felt as though we were with family. This holiday season has been hard, I was hospitalized here in November around Thanksgiving, and now for New Year. But through everything we have met so many amazing people and Carlie has definitely gone above and beyond her role as an RN. I can’t express my gratitude enough. Nursing is truly a work of HEART and Carlie proves just that, doing everything with such love and compassion. She’s an Extraordinary Nurse.
