Carlos is a wonderful healthcare professional, who demonstrated attentiveness throughout our stay, and was also approachable, kind, generous and cultural. Carlos' presence, smile, and way of communication made my mother?in?law, who only speaks Spanish, feel at ease, welcomed and cared for. Carlos spoke to us in Spanish, engaged in our conversations, sharing personal stories and even shed light on his cultural knowledge of the Rockefeller Christmas tree tradition, which we had been discussing. Before leaving his shift, Carlos came back to the room to bid farewell since he heard my mother?in?law was being discharged. Carlos, thank you for treating us like family.
