Our babysitter backed out on watching our toddler last minute, so my husband wasn’t able to be there for our daughter’s birth. Carlos, from the minute they walked in the room, made me feel like everything was going to be ok. They helped me do breathing exercises, made me laugh through the pain, and genuinely cared about me and what I needed to feel supported. This nurse was always kind and always checked in on me. They have outstanding character and I love telling stories of this nurse to this day.
