Carlos is phenomenal! He took care of me with kid gloves. He always had a smile and a positive attitude. He was always two steps ahead. Whenever I called for him, he was in my room immediately with all the right answers. He had everything I needed before I even knew I needed it. He had all the right answers and was willing to research any questions that he didn’t have the answers to. He is an exemplary nurse. If anyone deserves this award, he does. I have been in this hospital four times in the last 10 months. He is by far the best nurse I have ever had on any floor. I have been in an additional two hospitals in the last 12 months as well. He outshined them all. I cannot give this man enough kudos. He is a knowledgeable, kind, caring, and wonderful man. He deserves this award more than any other nurse ever will!! Thank you.
