I have received a tremendous amount of support from Carly, who welcomed me into the team, as well as help me to come to terms with the day to day requirements of the job. Carly has been not only supportive, but a role model. Her dedication, willingness and passion for her job has prompted me to reflect on my own practice and has given me inspiration to become a better nurse. Carly’s caring nature and dedication often sees her working well beyond the requirements of a normal shift. If we all shared Carly’s compassion, dedication and work ethic our teams, work areas and clients would be safer, brighter and happier’.
