Carly genuinely cares about her patients, taking care of them as if they were a family member.
My 96-year-old mom was admitted with a fractured ankle and in A-fib. From the moment Carly took over her case there was an incredible sense of relief that my mom was receiving the best care that I could have ever hoped for. Carly treated my mom with incredible respect acknowledging and recognizing her shortfalls and challenges, such as her hearing issues, pain concerns, and adjustment requirements, just to name a few. Carly studied my mom’s chart and noticed some added orders on the chart and made some adjustments based on her knowledge and experience, all with proper authorization from the physician.
Carly genuinely cares about her patients, taking care of them as if they were a family member. She is kind, supportive, patient, gentle, and proactive in foreseeing and addressing issues to make sure her patients are well taken care of and comfortable. Carly keeps my mom and the family well-updated on test results, various output levels, treatments missed, doctor visits, and next steps.
This was a frightening experience for my mom, who has not been in the hospital in over 50 years, and Carly’s care and attention have made all the difference in her stay. I wish I could take Carly with me, and I would love her to be my mom’s permanent caregiver. Carly is an amazing nurse, and the hospital is lucky to have her on staff.
