Carly exhibits nursing excellence daily. During this last year, the ED has cared for patients at the most vulnerable and scariest time of their lives. Carly is always compassionate and empathetic to patients and families, even more so this last year. Her sensitivity to their circumstances and individualized attention to their circumstances is to be commended. She is always willing to go the extra mile and assure families are supported and included in the care she provides. Patients and families frequently reach out to express their gratitude and thanks. Carly is liked by her colleagues and is always smiling behind the mask. She has assisted patients, families, and her coworkers with her gentle way and positive attitude.
