I received care at the ACH ED after an MVA. I was provided the most wonderful care by Carly Spicer. She was amazing, pleasant, kind, and thorough. I was so pleased and thankful for the care and for being kept informed throughout the process. Thank you for your hard work and commitment to patients.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Carly Spicer. She was my nurse during my hospital stay. I came into the ER not knowing at the time that I had a heart attack earlier in the day. She went above and beyond to ensure that I would be okay. She assured me that “You had me”. Her level of compassion was second to none during my anxiety attack. She comforted me and took time to explain things at a time when my world seemingly felt upside down. Carly calmed my fears. Nursing is truly her calling. She was compassionate, professional, caring, and empathetic. Throughout my entire hospital stay at Augusta and Portland, it was her words that stuck with me. She has left an everlasting impact, and I have the utmost appreciation for her. Forever grateful.
