I would like to recognize and thank Carly Sponsler, RN, for the incredible care I received during my recent medical emergency at Avera Granite Falls. As a nurse, I’m used to being on the receiving end of care, but at that moment, I found myself vulnerable and in need.

Carly was proactive in initiating treatment, executing interventions quickly to provide relief, and offering comfort measures before I realized I needed them. Her clinical intuition exemplifies the highest standard of nursing practice.

Carly’s professionalism and heartfelt care not only eased a difficult experience but also reminded me why I chose this profession. Her team is truly fortunate to have her.
