Carly Sutcliffe, LPN

Carly goes above and beyond for our team. She gives her job 100% every day. Carly does a lot for our office and keeps us all on top of things. She is always willing to help with anything. She is always prompt and ahead of the game. She works hard on Joint Commission Readiness. She consistently maintains a positive attitude and is respectful to both patients and staff. Carly is very knowledgeable and a great resource. A patient reported that when she had a bad experience, Carly sat with her and listened. Carly apologized for what happened even though she didn’t do wrong, and it was on someone else’s behalf. The patient stated that Carly changed her whole experience into a positive one.
