Carmela cared for me and my son in a way that far exceeded my expectations. She helped me tremendously during my worst night at the hospital by helping me to breastfeed, swaddle my baby, talk with me, and share her own experiences. She showed that she genuinely cared for me and my family.
I was exhausted, but I will never forget what her kindness meant to me. She knew instinctively how to help me and my baby, and her knowledge as an NICU nurse is golden!
