We were greeted on the third floor (Medical Surgical Unit) by a very big smile and a lady asking about our baby. Come to find out, this lady was Carmela, our Nurse. Not only was she very informative, she was just as attentive. She is without a doubt the best employee we have come across during our stay here. We feel that she should be rewarded and recognized for her outstanding care and professionalism she shows to us.
