Carmelita's quiet compassionate presence creates the "Dream Team" where ever she is working. Her nursing skills and judgment are exceptional. Carmelita instinctively knows when a patient, family or co-worker needs help and steps right in and very calmly and skillfully assists. She anticipates needs and responds in a professional and caring manner. Carmelita serves as the "go to" person for her nursing peers and always very graciously mentors and supports all of her co-workers. I am honored to be her colleague.
