-Very compassionate and caring. She made sure all our questions were answered. We are very happy with her!

-She's such a ray of sunshine.

-She was thorough and very professional with her work. She's a caring and loving person. She carries a smiling face, which is very important for healthcare professionals.

-My wife was very scared of needles and she put her at ease and stuck her once only. She's also very pleasant.

-Our nurse was extraordinary, so caring and helpful. She's a real jewel!

-She did an exceptional job in getting me prepped for my procedure!! Made sure I understood what they were doing.

-She treated me while I was getting outpatient surgery. She gave me specific instructions and was very gentle with my IV. Usually a lot of nurses have a difficult time doing my IV. She was able to do it with one try and she was the best!!

-She was very sweet and an excellent nurse.

-I came in feeling nervous. From the time I reached the waiting area she loved me like I knew her all my life. She laughed with me and made me feel comfortable and also made my husband feel comfortable. She is ray of sunshine and exactly what the doctor & God ordered on the day of surgery.

-What a professional. I was nervous about my knee replacement but as she began her prep on me her professionalism shined and her bed side manner was just wonderful. I didn't feel the IV being inserted and to me that put me at ease. Best of all her personality and friendliness and all the explanations of how my day would go was fantastic. She even said she would bring me a cup of coffee at 4pm after my surgery!

-She took very good care of my husband. She was clear in her speech, which is very important since he is hearing impaired. She was thorough but wasn't chatty Kathy. His BP was great, blood sugar was good and overall he remained calm because of her compassionate care in a most delicate circumstance.

-My mother's first visit was in June. She was diagnosed with renal failure and I was very afraid. My mother and I are very close. We've been some frequent visitors of Day Surgery and every time we're greeted by Carmelita. She has a very pleasant face and personality, she always uplifts us, keeping a smile.

-I was here with my sister and I noticed how concerned she was about the patient. Apparently, she's familiar with family as well as the patient. Her professionalism stands out tremendously. Your staff is well prepared.

-She was so sweet and professional. She made me feel at ease and less anxious about my surgery. Thank you so much and God bless you.
