Carmelite did a wonderful job of taking care of my mother despite the challenges she faced today. She remained poised and handled herself in a very professional manner when my oldest sister became irate when it took some time for Carmelite to respond to my mother's need because she was in another room taking care of another patient.
Also, she is such a happy, bubbly person with a compassionate, empathetic spirit. She worked diligently all day to stay on top of caring for the needs of all her patients. I told my sister that I think she is gold and I felt that she should be recognized for the excellent service she provides to all of her patients. I love her smile, and the joy she brings to her work. She has a strong work ethic and a lot of positive energy.
